The people who lead 2iSolutions
Our leadership team combines deep SAP technical expertise with cross-industry delivery experience — spanning Americas, Asia Pacific, SAP Cloud, development, finance and strategy. This is the team that built the practice and manages its delivery every day.
Sonal is an HR leader delivering exceptional Client Resource Management and Talent Strategy experience. She understands HR processes and function at depth and translates that into broader business conversations — driving positive outcomes for both people and clients. Recognised as a Forward Looking Business Partner to 2iSolutions' leadership, people and client base.
Praveen brings 17 years of SAP implementation experience across multiple modules and a further 15 years of IT project leadership. He has served as Technical Architect, Business Analyst and Project Manager on medium and large-scale engagements. SAP Certified in BI, HANA, ABAP and SRM, Praveen specialises in SAP Project Management, BW, NetWeaver, SCM and SEM. He is a proven delivery leader with experience spanning multi-project management, ASAP methodology and Solution Manager.
Post Graduate in Industrial Engineering from NITIE with B.Tech from IIT-BHU, Virendra brings approximately 20 years of experience spanning Production Planning, Projects, ERP Consulting (as Practice Head, Program Manager and Presales), and IT leadership. His last assignment prior to 2iSolutions was heading IT at Lava International — a mobile handset manufacturer with ₹6,000 Cr annual sales. PMP certified by PMI (USA). Recipient of CIO100 by IDG, SAP Ace Award for Best Run Customer Experience and IDC Insight Awards.
Sandeep leads 2iSolutions' SAP Cloud business — with end-to-end responsibility for cloud lines of business including SAP Ariba, Concur, Fieldglass, SuccessFactors, C4/HANA and Qualtrics. He is spearheading the company's strategic shift to cloud, with his portfolio spanning revenue, product development, operations and sales across SAP's cloud businesses. Approximately 13 years of industry experience; earlier career at Capgemini, CMC and NIIT Technologies.
Mohit is an SAP technical professional with 11 years of experience as a Technical Lead across HR, MM, FI, PS, PM and DMS — spanning implementation, support and upgrade projects. Proficient in ABAP Objects, Workflow, WebDynpro, ALV Reports, Module Pool, SmartForms, BDC, BAPI, Enhancements and BADIs. He also served as Senior ABAP Mentor at HCL's EAS Academy, delivering training on Workflow, Web Dynpro and ABAP.
MBA Finance with 19 years of experience in accounts, finance and company management — handling financial systems implementation, financial discipline and operational efficiency. His background includes top-level finance roles at Amexpress, Insynergy SCS (Lava International), Quadplay Digital, DDC Broadband, Hathway and Den Network. Expertise spans Accounts, Finance, Audit, Taxation, Costing, MIS, Budgeting, Fund Management, Foreign Remittance and full statutory compliance.
Rajesh leads sales and marketing for 2iSolutions across the Asia Pacific region — with a track record of 10 years in customer success and growth for SAP ERP solutions. He has helped many companies in financial planning and driving business success through SAP adoption. Areas of expertise include aggressive growth delivery, team building, organisational transformation, new market entry and business integration.
Alok is a Growth Advisor with over 31 years of leadership experience across technology, manufacturing, agriculture and consulting. A B.Tech from IIT Varanasi (Metallurgical Engineering) and MBA from FMS, University of Delhi, he brings a blend of technical expertise and strategic insight. He has held leadership roles at MiCloud Techzoid (Co-Founder & CEO), CAVALO Agri Machinery (Founder & MD), JBM Group and Hewlett-Packard Enterprise — leading initiatives in digital transformation, Industry 4.0, AI & IIoT, supply chain optimisation and business strategy.
Vivek is a Data Management Expert specialising in Business Intelligence, with a rich track record delivering and implementing large, medium and small-scale projects across the globe. Clients consistently commend Vivek for identifying pain points and proposing clear, simple resolutions. He has deep domain experience in the health sector, retail trade, telecom and manufacturing.
