Inclusion & Diversity

2iSolutions is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. We have been, and will continue to be, committed to recruiting, hiring, promoting and training the most qualified individuals for positions at all levels within the organisation — without regard to race, religion, colour, national or ethnic origin, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or veteran status.

Only through obtaining, utilising and enhancing the abilities of the best candidates at all levels will 2iSolutions be able to achieve its goals. Our commitment to equal employment opportunity is not a policy statement — it is embedded in how we hire, how we promote, how we train and how we expect every member of the organisation to treat colleagues and clients.

Our commitment covers all employment practices:
Advertising Recruitment Hiring Promotion Training Education Transfer Compensation Benefits Recreation

All of the above must be free of discrimination based on race, religion, colour, national or ethnic origin, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or veteran status — and any other protected class under applicable law.

Our Commitments

Six dimensions of our inclusion commitment

Inclusion and diversity at 2iSolutions is not a single statement — it is a set of active, named commitments across six dimensions, each with defined behaviours, responsibilities and consequences for non-compliance. These are the pillars of how we build and sustain an inclusive workplace.

2iSolutions Inclusion & Diversity — Six Commitments
Equal · Respectful · Transparent · Active · Global · Zero-tolerance
Protected from discrimination:
Race Religion Colour National Origin Ethnic Origin Gender Age Sexual Orientation Gender Identity Disability Veteran Status All Protected Classes Under Law

Equal Opportunity Employer

Every employment decision at 2iSolutions is made on the basis of qualification, capability and performance — not personal characteristics. This applies at every stage: advertising, recruitment, selection, promotion, training, transfer and termination.

Dignity & Respect

Every member of the organisation — employees, contractors, clients, visitors — is treated with dignity and respect. This is not a social nicety; it is a condition of employment. Conduct that undermines this standard is addressed swiftly, formally and without exception.

Zero Tolerance for Harassment

2iSolutions maintains a Zero Tolerance policy on all forms of harassment and retaliation — sexual, racial, ethnic, religious — whether direct or indirect. Verbal or physical conduct targeting protected characteristics is prohibited and actionable regardless of the seniority of the individual involved.

Affirmative Action

Equal opportunity is a floor, not a ceiling. We take affirmative action to ensure that under-represented groups have genuine access to opportunities — including targeted outreach, structured interview processes that reduce bias and active monitoring of representation across levels.

Global Inclusion

With operations across India, Canada, USA and Europe and a team representing dozens of nationalities, our inclusion commitment is international in scope. The same standards of equal opportunity and zero-tolerance apply in every country where 2iSolutions operates — the local law sets the floor; our policy adds further.

Continuous Commitment

Our inclusion commitment is not a document that sits on a shelf — it is reviewed, communicated and reinforced continuously. New employees are briefed on inclusion expectations at onboarding. Managers are held accountable for the inclusive culture in their teams. Violations are taken seriously and result in formal action.

Policy Statement

Our formal equal employment opportunity statement

Equal Opportunity, Diversity and Inclusion — Statement of Commitment

2iSolutions is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. We have been and will continue to be committed to recruiting, hiring, promoting and training the most qualified individuals for positions at all levels within the organisation. Only through obtaining, utilising and enhancing the abilities of superior candidates at all levels will 2iSolutions be able to achieve its goals.

We will, therefore, maintain our commitment to and support of equal employment opportunity for all individuals without regard to race, religion, colour, national or ethnic origin, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or veteran status. Our commitment to equal employment opportunity extends to any other protected classes which may exist under applicable law.

The organisation will take affirmative action to ensure that all employment practices — including advertising, recruitment, hiring, promotion, company-sponsored training, educational assistance, transfer, layoff, termination, compensation, benefits, and social and recreational programmes — are free of discrimination or harassment with regard to the protected categories listed above.

This statement reaffirms our dedication to the principles of equal employment opportunity and our expectation that all employees will lend their full support to furthering 2iSolutions' success through implementation of those principles.

In Practice

What inclusion looks like day-to-day at 2iSolutions

A policy statement is the starting point, not the destination. These are the specific ways our inclusion commitment is made real in how we hire, how we work and how we hold ourselves accountable across the 2iSolutions team.

Structured, Bias-Reduced Hiring

Every hiring process at 2iSolutions uses structured criteria — defined competencies, scored assessments and panel interviews — to reduce the influence of unconscious bias. The same questions and evaluation rubric are applied to every candidate for the same role. Hiring decisions are documented against objective criteria.

Equal Pay for Equal Work

Compensation at 2iSolutions is benchmarked by role, level and experience — not negotiated individually in ways that produce systematic pay disparities. Pay bands are applied consistently and reviewed periodically to identify and correct any unintended differences by demographic group.

Merit-Based Promotion

Promotion decisions are made against the career framework criteria — competencies, experience volume, certification status and demonstrated leadership — not personal relationships or demographic characteristics. The framework is published, so every professional knows what earning a promotion requires.

Equal Access to Training

The L&D programme, SAP certification support, mentoring framework and career development tools are available to all 2iSolutions professionals regardless of location, gender, background or employment type. There are no informal networks that determine who gets stretched assignments or training budget.

Speak-Up Culture

Every 2iSolutions professional can raise concerns about discrimination, harassment or policy violations without fear of retaliation. Concerns can be raised with HR, with senior leadership or through direct reporting channels. Every concern raised is investigated and addressed, regardless of the seniority of the individual it involves.

Inclusive Recruitment Language

Job descriptions and recruitment advertising are reviewed for language that may deter qualified candidates from under-represented groups. We advertise across platforms that reach diverse professional communities and avoid requirements that are not genuinely necessary for the role.

Zero Tolerance

Our Zero Tolerance policy on harassment and retaliation

2iSolutions has a Zero Tolerance policy and is opposed to all forms of harassment or retaliation — whether it occurs directly or indirectly, inside or outside the physical workplace. This policy applies to all individuals in the 2iSolutions environment regardless of their employment relationship, seniority or tenure.

Prohibited conduct — Zero Tolerance applies to all of these
Verbal or physical conduct directed at a person's protected characteristics — including but not limited to the following — may constitute harassment and is prohibited under 2iSolutions policy and applicable law:
Sexual harassment — verbal, physical, visual or written
Racial harassment — slurs, stereotyping, hostile conduct
Ethnic harassment based on national or ethnic origin
Religious harassment — mockery, exclusion, coercion
Harassment based on gender identity or sexual orientation
Harassment based on disability or veteran status
Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith
Indirect harassment — creating a hostile or intimidating environment

Consequence: Any confirmed violation of this policy will result in formal disciplinary action, up to and including immediate termination, regardless of the seniority of the individual involved. All complaints are investigated promptly, confidentially and impartially. Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith is itself a policy violation subject to the same consequences.

Accountability

Who is responsible — and for what

Inclusion does not happen automatically. It requires active accountability at every level of the organisation — from individual contributors to senior leadership. These are the specific responsibilities each group carries in making 2iSolutions an inclusive workplace.

Managers & Supervisors

Every manager and supervisor of 2iSolutions and its subsidiaries is responsible for ensuring that the spirit and intent of the company's Affirmative Action Programme and Equal Employment Opportunity policies are achieved within their teams. This includes:

  • Conducting hiring and promotion decisions against documented, objective criteria
  • Ensuring equal access to learning, stretching assignments and visibility for all team members
  • Addressing inappropriate conduct in their team promptly — before formal escalation is required
  • Modelling the inclusive behaviours they expect from their teams
  • Escalating concerns about discrimination or harassment to HR immediately
  • Creating an environment where team members feel safe raising concerns

All Employees

Every employee of 2iSolutions has personal responsibility for the inclusive culture of the workplace — not just as a recipient of the policy, but as an active contributor to it. Employee responsibilities include:

  • Treating co-workers, clients and all individuals with dignity and respect at all times
  • Refusing to participate in or condone discriminatory conduct or harassment
  • Speaking up when witnessing conduct that violates policy — either directly or by reporting to HR
  • Completing inclusion and diversity awareness programmes as required
  • Supporting colleagues who raise concerns rather than marginalising them
  • Understanding and applying the company's equal opportunity principles in daily interactions
