Job Overview:
2isolutions is seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team for an on-site project with a leading multinational client. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) and a strong background in implementation projects. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, driving critical financial processes and contributing to major business transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
• SAP FICO Implementation: Lead and participate in full-cycle SAP FICO implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Financial Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize financial processes within the SAP FICO module, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Configuration: Configure the SAP FICO module according to business needs, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), and Profit Center Accounting (PCA).
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP), and coordinate with other consultants to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Support and Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to financial operations.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and end-user training materials.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of the SAP FICO system.
• Compliance: Ensure that the SAP FICO implementation complies with all relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, with a strong focus on implementation projects.
• Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP FICO module configuration, financial processes, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Project Experience: Proven track record of working on full-cycle SAP FICO implementation projects.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to understand complex financial requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and collaborate with team members effectively.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications: SAP FICO certification is highly desirable.
