SCOPE SAP HCM Domain
DUTIES
As a Solution Architect (SA) of the SAP HCM domain, the person will be responsible for translating business requirements into solution architecture that complies with enterprise architectural standards and HCM roadmaps. The Solution Architect analyzes current application and infrastructure technology to determine its ability to support the solution and creates relevant conceptual solution and solution map to be referenced by Business Analyst, developers, and configuration specialists during the functional design and build process. This individual collaborates with the Solution Integration Architect, the Project Manager/Delivery team, and the Architecture COE to facilitate integration across solutions and technologies within SAP HCM and across multiple SAP modules.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
• Must Have:
o 5+ years’ hands-on experience in SAP HCM modules, design, and development and/or configuration.
o 5+ years’ experience as a Solution, Infrastructure, Business or Data Architect, or technical leader in large projects.
o Broad experience in designs, including solution design, architect description, functional designs, technical designs, etc.
o 8 years’ experience in progressively advancing roles within IT.
o Extensive programming experience.
o Knowledgeable in release / deployment management.
o Knowledgeable in cloud – Azure, AWS etc.
o Experience using Jira for Agile software development.
• Nice to Have:
o Knowledge on SAP modules (OTC, FICO, CRM, MM, etc).
o Knowledge on Web Dynpro, Fiori, HTML5.
o Multi-processing/concurrent programming experience.
o S4/Hana experience.
SOFT SKILLS
• Must Have:
o Strong problem solving / analytical thinking skills and ability to simplify and standardize complex concepts / processes.
o Able to work well independently and as a team player.
o Communication well both in writing and in speaking.
o Able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
