We have excellent Job Opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst – SAP Supply Chain.

This position is available as Full Time permanent position / Contract (2 years).

Work Location is Toronto, ON. However, work would be done remotely until the pandemic situation normalizes.

Must haves:

·  Minimum 8 years as a Business Analyst

·  Experience having 2 full SAP Supply Chain related end-to-end implementations

·  Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and integration to Finance S/4

·  Knowledge of SAP Supply Chain products including Ariba

·  Strong standard SAP knowledge of Commercial Management, Contract Management, Inventory Management, Materials Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement Management, Finance integration with Procurement and Contingent Workforce Management with integration to SuccessFactors

1.0    Description of Assignment
This SAP Supply Chain Business Analyst role includes gathering and documenting as-is processes, business requirements for the to-be solution, prioritizing business processes, participation in customer meetings/workshops, and process discussions following and using leading practices in business analysis

 

Therefore, strong facilitation, interpersonal and customer skills are needed to interact with client management groups as well as the ability to apply analysis, definition, and documentation for business, system and data processes following leading practices

 

The Resource will be required to work remotely due to the COVID 19 restrictions, this may change based on the provincial guidelines

 

2.0    Skills and Certifications
      • Minimum  8 years as a Business Analyst
      • Must have had 2 full SAP Supply Chain related end-to-end implementations
      • At least 2 years of practical experience with using a wide variety of techniques to document requirements and in using a variety of models/diagrams/documents
      • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and integration to Finance S/4
      • Strong standard SAP knowledge of Commercial Management, Contract Management, Inventory Management, Materials Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement Management, Finance integration with Procurement and Contingent Workforce Management with integration to SuccessFactors
      • Knowledge of SAP Supply Chain products including Ariba
      • Excellent problem solving skills
      • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

 

Certification:

      • CBAP or equivalent is an asset
      • Post-secondary education in a related discipline
      • SAP Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Ariba certification is an asset

Other Skills:

      • Hands on experience in SAP S/4 HANA is a strong asset
      • Understanding of SAP’s Activate Methodology

 

3.0    Assignment Duties
As a SAP Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:

 

      • Requirements development for the RFP document
      • Participate in the deployment of the new business processes including end-user training and transition to support Team;
      • Prepare and maintain associated project documentation as necessary;
      • Facilitate business requirements gathering through workshops and interviews with process owners;
      • Work closely with end users to ensure a common understanding of day to day processes;
      • Create test plans, training materials and system documentation for internal and external clients;
      • Prepare and maintain SAP business process documentation as necessary;
      • Assist with SAP End-User Training to all relevant stakeholders;
      • Prepare functional specs for all system changes, working with developers where necessary;
      • Participate in project planning, change management, communications, testing, training, go-live and post go-live support activities;
      • Participate in the following areas: solution scoping, requirements analysis, gap analysis, feasibility, functional design, application configuration, technical specification, testing, production deployment, support and training;
      • Follow all design work and integration testing protocols, change control procedures and practices in performing required work

 

4.0    Deliverables
Key deliverables for this position is as follows:

 

    • Document and map the as-is process, working with closely with the process owners to ensure a common understanding of day to day processes;
    • Document and gather the business requirements for the to-be solution, working with the business to refine as necessary;
    • Document the to-be business process under the guidance of the process owners and project team, adhering to SAP best practices;
    • Prepare and maintain SAP business process documentation as necessary;
    • Prepare functional specifications for system changes, working with developers when appropriate;
    • Translate business requirements into system requirements and collaborate with development team to ensure that requirements are understood and met during project phases;
    • Participate in the following areas as required: solution scoping, requirements analysis, gap analysis, feasibility, functional design, technical specification, testing, production deployment, support and training;
    • Support the following areas as required: project planning, change management, communications, testing, training, go-live and post go-live support activities
