We have an excellent 1 year contract opportunity with possible extension for an Intermediate SAP Security Analyst in Ottawa.
Work would be done remotely until the pandemic situation normalizes.

Must haves:
• Reliability level Federal Security clearance is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with SAP Security Basics (SAP Security Transactions), SAP Authorization Concept, Roles/Activity Groups, and User Administration.
• Experience in SAP Central User Administration (CUA)
• Experience resolving complex Security issues (e.g. authorization & SOD issues) in the SAP Systems.
• Experience with SAP Transport (TMS / Code Migration) process.
• Knowledge of SAP User License Management/ Audit (USMM/SLAW2)

SCOPE

Please provide details about your department and the project(s) selected contractor will be working on.
As part of the Business Solution Delivery Management (BSD) – Enablers Team, the SAP Security Analyst will be responsible for day to day SAP User Administration and role assignments for Canada Post, Purolator and Innovapost employees and contractors. This individual will create and maintain SAP position based “Roles” using profile generator (PFCG) and assignment of structural authorization using SAP Central User Administration (CUA). This individual must be familiar with SAP environments (i.e: CUA, ERP, CRM, BW) and security related transactions.

DUTIES

• User administration and SAP “Roles” maintenance
• Working with business and project teams to troubleshoot SAP Access issues related to roles and authorization by following the change management processes and procedures
• Review streamline and simplified roles by creating CORE roles (Organization/Job Title) based on job / position title.
• Assist in packaging technical transports and releases relating to user access, roles and authorization
• SAP Code Migration (Transport) in all SAP environments
• Preparing and maintaining various operational, procedural documents and reports as and when required

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Must Have:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with SAP Security Basics (SAP Security Transactions), SAP Authorization Concept, Roles/Activity Groups, and User Administration.
• Experience in SAP Central User Administration (CUA).
• Experience resolving complex Security issues (e.g. authorization & SOD issues) in the SAP Systems.
• Experience with functional and end to end testing.
• Experience with SAP Transport (TMS / Code Migration) process.
• Knowledge of SAP User License Management/ Audit (USMM/SLAW2)

Nice to have:
• Experience with the following SAP Systems/Modules: ERP-HR, GRC.
• Experience with JIRA/Confluence-Experience with Agile Methodology and ability to work in high demanding environment.
• Familiar with SOD analysis/ Conflict resolution of SOD issues using GRC.
• Familiar with Structural authorizations/profiles in the SAP Systems.
